- Hickory Farms, gourmet gift baskets and specialty food products, located at the food court entrance of the mall, near Red Robin, a seasonal exclusive
- Go! Calendars Go! Games, a beloved retailer of calendars, games, and puzzles, located by Hollister and Build-A-Bear, a seasonal exclusive
- See’s Candies, delicious chocolates and confections since 1921, located across from Bath & Body Works on the upper level, a seasonal exclusive
- Christmas Ornaments, customizable ornaments and gift wrap, located just off center court, across from American Eagle, a seasonal exclusive
- Toysventure, find the perfect gift from Barbie to Hot Wheels, located on the lower level at the escalator near Dillard’s, a seasonal exclusive
- Stardust, crystals, stones, jewelry, and home accessories, located on the upper level next to T-Mobile, now open
- Dirty Dough, the unique filled cookie creation bakery opens in Chattanooga, located on Gunbarrel Road, near Target, now open
- Petro’s Chili & Chips, a Chattanooga favorite, with their southwest-inspired chili, returns to the mall, located in the food court, opening November 2023
- Texas Roadhouse, the popular steakhouse with a Western twist will open early 2024, near The Cheesecake Factory, coming soon
- Crunch Fitness, the brand-new gym will welcome members early 2024, located above Dick’s Sporting Goods, coming soon
