Die Abwässer werden in einem Zentrum gesammelt. Dann wird es aufbereitet, behandelt und nach der Wasseraufbereitung für die Grauwassernutzung verwendet. Außerdem wird daraus Strom erzeugt, ohne dass das Wasser irgendwo entsorgt wird. Auf diese Weise wird aus Abwasser Strom erzeugt und der Strombedarf mit Hilfe des Abwassers gedeckt. Für die Aufbereitung dieses Wassers wird eine separate Anlage genutzt.
