A self-descriptive album title if there ever was one, as , , and go through a standard repertoire that gets into , dance tunes, , and the (overdone) classic with singing in French. It's well-done music with that identifiably regional catch-cry in 's vocals, which sound as though they belong to a man a good deal younger ( was in his mid-sixties at the time of this recording). However, variety or distinctiveness that would set this apart from many other recordings of this type are absent. The CD reissue adds four additional songs not on the original LP release, recorded on the same day as the other tracks were. ~ Richie Unterberger
