This unique stretch bracelet is created with recycled paper beads created by widows & abandoned wives in Uganda. Long strips of paper are cut by hand & rolled around a needle to form the bead. They are then dipped four times in a sealant, which makes them water resistant & gives the beads their shiny finish. The monies earned by the women provides education for their children.
