Each year the students at the all-girls school known as Strawberry Hall vote for two student leaders known as "Etoiles". This year the campaign takes a nasty turn as rivalries boil over and hidden secrets are revealed. But politics does indeed make strange bedfellows, as not all of the passions stirred up by the election are negative. Soon at least one of the candidates may be forced to choose between winning the election and winning true love!
