In the year 1336, the Brethren, a secret brotherhood dedicated to fighting against war and sowing peace, find themselves little more than an ill-conceived idea as everything they thought to be true is put to the test. Thirteen years after the death of his parents, Richard, one of the five leaders of the Brethren, still finds himself tormented by the murderer and the desire for revenge.
