Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service rooted in kindness, integrity, and faith-based values to our customers.
Drive sales performance while maintaining a positive, uplifting shopping experience.

Ensure the stores appearance aligns with brand identity, is attractive to customers and holds competitive standards.
Handle customer concerns with grace, wisdom, and solution-focused care.
Aim to meet store & personal sales goals and comply with operational procedures.
Be able to manage team members, maintain schedules and oversee everyday operating procedures for the store.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience required.
Previous Team Lead or Management preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, friendly, and outgoing personality.
Ability to perform with compassion, confidence, and integrity.
Passion for women's fashion and a heart aligned with faith-based values.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be 21+
Must be comfortable with social media such as Facebook Lives, Instagram and TikTok.
Must be good with technology.
Must be good with time management.
Must be a quick thinker and problem solver.
