The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations while upholding the mission, values, and faith-centered culture of our women’s boutique. This role blends strong leadership, retail management, and a heart for service, creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued, encouraged, and inspired.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service rooted in kindness, integrity, and faith-based values
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management
Drive sales performance while maintaining a positive, uplifting shopping experience
Model professionalism, accountability, and Christ-centered leadership in all interactions
Ensure visual standards align with brand identity and seasonal collections
Handle customer concerns with grace, wisdom, and solution-focused care
Manage store goals, reporting, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Ability to lead with compassion, confidence, and integrity
Passion for women’s fashion and a heart aligned with faith-based values
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends
